Actually no, AO, I have a xanga, and was a blogger until last year when blogger was updated. So I've been using a xanga, because it does not require an email address. Just a few days ago blogger changed again, and does not allow a non-blogger to use their web page url as a link. And um, you might want to work on the don't-creep-people-out-over-the-internet
thing. Just a little.

I agree with you MEMEME and some others. Many of us have been reading Sunshine's posts for over two years and have been thankful for her posts that have kept us informed of what is happening there. We love her. But recently this AO has began posting too many things that mean nothing. If you visit his site you'll see it isn't much better. Sunshine needs to delete all of his junk. If not others will stop visiing here.

I think the people who called Sunshine's visit to Baghdad an adventure did so to help the young lady have a positive attitude about her life and help keep her mind off the horrors of war and terrorism.

Sunshine I do think that soon your life will be wonderful when all of Iraq has peace. I think that a bright, caring young lady such as yourself will have a happy and successful future. I feel that the bad things in your life have strengthened your character, making you someone who will be an exceptionally strong woman. DebbieA

Maybe Sunshine's parents left their jobs and brought the whole family to live in Baghdad near her grandparents. I hope they did because Baghdad is said to be much safer now than Mosul.

I hope and pray that Sunshine and her family will be safe, happy, healthy and prosperous.

This is Sunshine's blog. This is not AO's blog. If AO supports Sunshine he will not try to take over Sunshines blog. The only reason peple come here is to read what Sunshine has to say. We don't come here to read AO's blog. If AO has a comment for Sunshine then that is fine but do not try to ruin what is one of the best blogs to come out of Iraq or anywhere else for that matter. Show some respect for this girl It doesn't matter what AO thinks or me for that matter. It only matters what Sunshine thinks.

In any country, if a murderer aim at a person, the risk is similar in Iraq.

For example, King, J.F.K and John were killed in USA.

In Japan, people are killed.

So a life is an ADVENTURE.

Do you understand?

In Japan, the mayor of Nagasaki was killed by a murderer.

So,

Life

Contingency is the Father of Discovery.

Necessity is the Mother of Invention.

Life may be on the Border between them.

Life may be on the Edge of Chaos.

How do you think, kiyoshi?

AO

At 8:55 AM, Blogger BirdMan said...

In Japan, about 30,000 people kill themselves in a year.

What do you think of?

Japan is so dangerous!

AO

At 9:01 AM, Blogger BirdMan said...

Some Japanese police men killed themselves or some soldiers returned from Iraq or somewhere killed themselves.

Ordinary people were killed in some reasons.

Japan is dangerous, too.

Economic wars occur all over the world.

Japan has many victims within the 30,000 people.

How do you think, anonymous?

Maybe anonymous are wise, so they use "anonymous".

I understood kiyoshi and anonymous.

You are very wise...

Good bye, anonymous and kiyoshi!!!

Good luck!

But I visit Sunshine blog.

If Sunshine juges that my comments are junks, so I'm flying to somewhere.

To AO:

"I didn't study; I live. You can't study these things - life teaches them to you. You don't find them in a book." - Eric Cantona

"Sometimes in life one experiences an emotion which is so strong that it is difficult to think, or to reason. Sometimes you get submerged by emotion. I think it's very important to express it - which doesn't necessarily mean hitting someone. I am very mistrustful of people who are constantly over-intellectualizing things. It kills passion. You have to allow yourself to lose control from time to time." - Eric Cantona

Dear AO,

I've heard blogs are still free to start. Why don't you start a blog of your own? Because, honestly, it'd be better than blogging in Sunshine's comment section. And just in case - this is not a place for trolls. So if you happen to be trolling, please take it somewhere else. This blog is a special place.

Thanks.

Well sunshine, keep blogging and I hope Allah keeps you and your family safe. The violence is coming down and I hope it keeps on doing so.

I look forward to your entries. Just know you have fans in India also. ;)

The next part is a bit cliched but then I liked it...

“We used to think that life is a fairytale,
Full of magic, exciting, vivid!
But that was a long time ago,
Now we know that there’s more life
Than just “happily ever after”.

We learned that we get wiser each day,
And no fairy can lead us happy ending,
And somehow we begin to understand,
That we have the power,
To make the day better than yesterday.”

wish you a prosperous, and charming new year in advance!

Ashraf

I have no idea how i came across this blog but it’s just breathtaking. I think your my new role model know even though your a year younger than me but i feel i can relate to u in so many similar but different ways. I was born in Iraq, i left there when i was 4, went to Jordan, lived there for 2 years., then i left to Canada, lived there for four years and now im in Australia and ive been living here for 7 years. This was all apart of an immigration plan to get out of Iraq and start a better life somewhere else. My mom's side of the family still lives in Iraq, she hasn't seen them in 13 years and i'm dieing to see the place i was born, but we are all afraid of the circumstances there. You remind me so much of how beautiful of a country Iraq is. I feel so bad about the many times I simply criticized it for being a crappy country and for letting other people believe that it was. Your determination to do well in the future is simple wonderful, and I wish you have every much of an opportunity as I have to continue doing what you love. I’d like to talk more, I tried to write a blog…but I don’t think that I have the right to talk about Iraq in the same way you do. I kind of wish i was you. You sound smart, classy and simply like a beautiful person. Thank you.
